We plan to store the above mentioned personal data for a period of 7 days and then delete it.

Transmission to third-party countries outside the European Economic Area is not intended.

4. Google Analytics

We have integrated the Google Analytics component (with anonymization function) on this website. Google Analytics is a web analytics service. Web analysis is the collection and analysis of data about the behaviour of visitors to websites. Among other things, a web analysis service collects data on which website a visitor has come from (so-called referrers), which subpages of the website were accessed or how often and for which length of time a subpage was viewed. A web analysis is regularly used to optimize a website, and for cost-benefit analyses of internet advertising.

The operator of the Google Analytics component is Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA (here: “Google”).

We use the adjunct “_gat._anonymizeIp” for web analysis via Google Analytics. By adding this, the IP address of your internet connection is shortened and anonymised by Google if the access to our website is from within the European Economic Area.

The purpose of the Google Analytics component is our legitimate interest in analysing the flow of visitors on our website (Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). Among other things, Google uses the data and information obtained on our behalf to evaluate the use of our website, to compile for us online reports showing the activities on our websites, and to provide other services related to the use of our website.

Google Analytics sets a cookie on your computer. We will explain in more detail what cookies are in Section 7 below. By setting the cookie, an analysis of the use of our website is made possible. Each time you visit one of the pages on this website, the internet browser on your computer is automatically triggered by the Google Analytics component to transmit data to Google for the purpose of online analysis. As part of this technical process, Google receives on our behalf, knowledge of personal information, such as your IP address, which serves among other things, to understand the origin of visitors and clicks.

The cookie stores person related information, such as access time, the location from which access was made, and the frequency of your visits to our website. Each time you visit our website, your personal information, including the IP address of the internet connection you use, is transferred to Google in the United States of America. This personal information is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may transfer such personal data collected through the technical process to third parties.

The person concerned can prevent the setting of cookies through our website, as explained in Section 4, at any time by setting the internet browser used to do so and thus permanently prevent the setting of cookies. Such a setting of the internet browser would also prevent Google from setting a cookie on your computer. In addition, a cookie already set by Google Analytics can be deleted at any time using the internet browser or other software programs.

In addition, you have the option of objecting to and preventing the collection of data generated by Google Analytics from the use of this website and the processing of this data by Google. To do this, you can download and install a browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. This browser add-on informs Google Analytics via JavaScript that no data or information about website visits may be transmitted to Google Analytics. The installation of the browser add-on is considered by Google to be an objection. However, if your computer hard drive is later deleted, formatted, or reinstalled, you must reinstall the browser add-on in order to disable Google Analytics. If you uninstall or deactivate the browser add-on, you have the option of reinstalling or reactivating it.

If you prevent the use of Google Analytics as described, this does not affect the usability of our website.
Additional information and Google’s privacy policy can be found at:
https://www.google.de/intl/en/policies/privacy/ and http://www.google.com/analytics/terms/en.html.
Google Analytics is explained in more detail at https://www.google.com/intl/en_en/analytics/.

We do not store any personal data collected through Google Analytics, as the data is immediately anonymized by Google.
A transfer of personal data to other parties does not occur.

5. Google Maps

This website includes the Google Maps plug-in. The operating company of Google Maps is Google.

Each visit to the individual pages incorporating the Google Maps plug-in automatically prompts the internet browser on your computer to submit data to Google for the purpose of providing the Google Maps plug-in. As part of this technical process, Google will have knowledge of person related information, such as your IP address, which is used among other things, to track the origin of visitors and clicks. In detail, the IP address, device identification, browser characteristics, operating system details, language settings, referring URLs and geographical location data are transmitted to Google.

The purpose of the Google Maps component is our legitimate interest in being able to use an interactive map graphic with a navigation function (Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

You can use browser settings or plug-ins to prevent page elements like Google Maps from being automatically loaded. If you use such settings or plug-ins, the Google map will, depending on your settings, not be displayed, or only be displayed after your explicit approval; only then does the above-mentioned data transfer to Google take place.

We do not store any person related information within the framework of Google Maps.

A transfer of personal data to other parties does not occur.

The further processing of data is the sole responsibility of Google Maps. The terms of use for Google Maps can be found in Google Maps Terms of Use. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy.

6. Google Fonts

These websites use external fonts from Google Fonts. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google. The integration of these fonts is done by a server call, usually a Google server in the US. Hereby, data regarding which of our web pages you have visited is transmitted to the server. Also, the IP address of the visitor’s terminal’s browser is stored by Google.

The purpose of Google Fonts is our legitimate interest in the presentation of our website in the chosen layout (Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

You can also prevent the establishment of an automatic connection at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the internet browser used. Our site will still be usable, albeit without the Google fonts.

We do not store any person related information in Google Fonts.
A transfer of personal data to other parties does not occur.
For more information and the Google Fonts privacy policy, please refer to Google’s Privacy Policy.

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies. Cookies are text files that are stored on a computer system via an internet browser.
Many websites and servers use cookies. Many cookies contain a so-called cookie ID. A cookie ID is a unique identifier of the cookie. It consists of a string through which internet pages and servers can be assigned to the specific internet browser in which the cookie was stored. This allows the visited websites and servers to distinguish your individual browser from other internet browsers that contain other cookies. A particular web browser can be recognized and identified by the unique cookie ID.
The use of cookies serves our legitimate interest to ensure the functionality of the website, to constantly improve it, and to carry out statistical evaluations (Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
A transfer of personal data from the cookies to other parties does not occur.
You can prevent the setting of cookies by our website at any time by means of an appropriate setting of the internet browser used and thus permanently prevent the setting of cookies. Furthermore, cookies already set can be deleted at any time using an internet browser or other software programs. This is possible with all popular internet browsers. If however you block the setting of cookies in your internet browser, all the features of our website may not be fully usable.
Transmission to third countries outside the European Economic Area is not intended.

If you use our contact form, we will store your name, your e-mail address and the content of the message. We use this data to answer your request. By processing the data, we pursue the legitimate interest to answer your inquiries and any follow-up questions (Article 6 (1) (f) of the General Data Protection Regulation). In addition, we are required to keep records based on commercial and tax regulations (Article 6 (1) (c) of the General Data Protection Regulation).
The data is passed on to our hosting service provider who hosts the website on our behalf.
We plan to keep the above data for a period of 10 years and then delete it.
Transmission to third countries outside the European Economic Area is not intended.
